In recent times we feel the industry has become focused on sales and often the service provided is left lacking and inconsistent. Embracor Medical does not view itself primarily as a sales company, but as a service company first. Service is our main priority at all times. Reliable, timely, and quality work is the heart of our company.
We are focused on providing the best possible care for our clients at the lowest possible cost and our team of professionals can supply and service all types of mobility equipment. Our clients are our responsibility and recognise that problems arise at any time during the day. Therefore, although our regular office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, our service team is available from 8am-8pm 7 days a week to respond to our client’s needs. Service calls provided within our regular service hours, including Saturdays and Sundays will be invoiced at our regular rate with no additional charge for evening and weekend calls.
